2. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 4–7 business days
• Tier 2/3 cities and remote areas: 6–10 business days Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[amount]
• A flat shipping fee of ₹[amount] applies below the free-shipping threshold
• COD orders carry an additional COD handling fee of ₹[amount]

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email. Please track your order and stay reachable on the number provided — undelivered orders due to unreachable customers or incorrect addresses may be returned to origin (RTO), and re-shipping charges will apply.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address and pincode at checkout. Kitnetika is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Failed Delivery / RTO

If a package is undelivered after 2 delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal without valid reason, it will be marked RTO. For COD orders, the advance token amount (if paid) will not be refunded. Customers with repeated RTO history may be moved to prepaid-only checkout.
